How Equality Shapes the Way We Work at CORE Innovation

At CORE Innovation, equality is not something we announce or promote loudly.

It is something that has been shaped over time, through everyday choices, small interactions, and a shared belief that people do their best work when they feel respected, safe, and truly seen.

For us, equality is closely connected to the way we care for one another, the way we communicate, and the way we allow space for life to exist alongside work.

In 2025, we took a moment to reflect on our team and realised that we had reached a 50–50 balance between women and men. This was not the result of a numerical target or a forced approach! Instead, it was a natural outcome of a workplace culture built on fairness, trust, and equal opportunity.

This balance felt meaningful because it reflected something deeper than numbers. It reflected the way decisions are made, the way voices are heard, and the way opportunities are offered based on merit, collaboration, and respect!

As we move into 2026, we remain committed to preserving this balance, fully aware that equality is not something static. It requires attention, intention, and care, especially as teams grow and evolve.

Supporting Life Beyond Work

Equality also means recognising that our lives do not stop at the office door. We understand the importance of family, care, and balance, and we strive to support our people through different life stages.

We recognise that statutory provisions, while essential, do not always fully reflect the realities of people’s lives.

For this reason, beyond statutory paternity leave, we offer new fathers one additional month of remote work, acknowledging that parenting is a shared responsibility and that presence, especially in the early days, truly matters.

Zero Tolerance, Clear Boundaries

Respect is non-negotiable at CORE Innovation Group. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward any form of inequality or discrimination, whether based on gender, sexual orientation, age, or any aspect of personal identity.

This is supported by clear internal policies and practices that ensure a safe and respectful working environment for everyone. Our Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy, available to all employees and makes sure that no one feels unheard or unsafe.

Our Commitment Moving Forward

We know that equality is not something that lives in documents or policies alone. It is reflected in how people are treated, how safe they feel to speak, and whether they truly feel they belong.

Gender equality, for us, is not a milestone to tick off.

It is an ongoing responsibility, one we carry forward with care, reflection, and consistency.
